He thinks that when you reach a certain age, you should acknowledge it, so after 30, you should either retire or continue to help younger players. Getting old is not scary; what's scary is when you believe you can't do anything anymore just because you're older. At least C Ronaldo is still persistently striving toward his ideals, and that's enough.

Personally, I don't think it's about whether one admits to getting old or not. If someone is in good physical condition and has the energy, they can still continue playing football.
