The situation is as follows: a netizen sought help online, sharing that they recently resigned and, before leaving, the company demanded the return of the account. The reason given was that during the netizen's tenure, they accumulated a large number of customer contacts, reaching a total of 1600 customers, and the company wanted the account returned. It seemed unthinkable to hand over such a private account to the company.
