Musk claims in the lawsuit that Altman and OpenAI have violated an agreement reached when the AI research company was founded, which was to develop technology for the benefit of humanity rather than profit. Musk alleges that OpenAI's recent relationship with tech giant Microsoft has undermined the company's original commitment to public, open-source general artificial intelligence.

2. SlowMist Cosmos: Discoveries of Multiple Incidents of stETH Theft Cross-Chain to Blast Mainnet, Victims' Mnemonics/Private Keys Possibly Compromised
Golden Finance reported that SlowMist founder Coindog posted on X platform stating that SlowMist and MistTrack have received at least four cases of stETH being stolen and cross-chained to the Blast mainnet today. The characteristics are transferring a small amount of ETH from a clearly traceable address (including exchanges) to the stolen address, then cross-chaining stETH to the Blast mainnet and subsequently transferring the remaining small amount of ETH from the victim's address to different ETH addresses. Known losses exceed 100 stETH, likely a collective event. The mnemonics/private keys of these victims have certainly been leaked, and attackers are waiting to launch on the Blast mainnet. Prior to this, Scam Sniffer monitoring showed that an address lost over 10 BTC staked on Aave and some PANDORA due to interaction (clicking on signature authorization) with a fake Blast airdrop website, with a total loss of approximately $717,817.
3. Blast TVL on Layer2 Network Reaches $2.3 Billion, Community Members Exceed 180,000
