Man United is embroiled in internal conflict again! This time, it involves manager Ten Hag and last year's high-paying contract renewee, Rashford. According to The Sun, the two haven't spoken for quite some time.

The discord between Ten Hag and Rashford stemmed from Rashford's undisciplined behavior. Last month, Rashford spent 12 hours drinking heavily at Belfast, a famous Manchester bar, leading to his absence from training the next day. He denied the allegations and lied about the timing, aggravating Ten Hag, known for his strict discipline. After a secret meeting, Rashford accepted punishment—a one-game suspension and a £650,000 fine.

However, despite outward acceptance, Rashford harbors resentment, leading to a prolonged silence between the two. Rashford's performance has plummeted this season, with many fans accusing him of underperforming since his contract renewal. Over 90% of fans surveyed believe United should sell him.

Moreover, internal issues at United extend beyond Rashford. Ten Hag's trust among players is waning. After losing to Fulham last Monday, several players requested a day off, citing exhaustion, surprising Ten Hag's coaching staff. Despite a light schedule, players' bold actions suggest Ten Hag's position is precarious as the new management evaluates him, emboldening some players.

Remember when Rashford used to rush home after training to do his homework? Now he's all about booze and women haha!

I remember previously discussing the absence of this person. It seems Ten Hag needs to find a way to establish his position

Ten Hag, this guy, really, conflicts with every player, especially with Cristiano Ronaldo. He drove Ronaldo away, truly a rotten person. Coupled with Manchester United's poor performance for 12 years, it's a match made in heaven.

Manchester United is truly... I don't know what to say anymore. Perhaps this is a sign of a team in decline. Anyway, if the current situation isn't changed promptly, I believe they will fall behind soon.
We cannot judge who is right or wrong, but what I can say for sure is that both parties have issues and should share equal blame. After all, if the players are not performing well, it also reflects poorly on the coaching.

Actually, in this matter, it's entirely the players' responsibility. Poor discipline is a player issue, while losing matches is a coaching problem.

It seems that Ten Hag is not as tough as before. Wasn't he very tough when confronting Ronaldo? Now that a more serious incident involving Rashford has occurred, it seems to have been overlooked. This also indicates that Ten Hag is probably about to leave Manchester United. Just like when Manchester United chose Pogba between Mourinho and Pogba, this time if they don't handle Rashford well, Manchester United will probably choose Rashford and let Ten Hag leave. Ten Hag is actually quite interesting. In these years at Manchester United, the results have been quite poor, with at most a League Cup championship and only one top-four finish. However, Ten Hag's win rate at Manchester United is actually the highest among all Manchester United managers, even surpassing Sir Alex Ferguson. Under Ten Hag, Manchester United's performance against strong teams in the Premier League has also been quite poor. The 7-0 defeat to Liverpool is probably the darkest moment in Ten Hag's career. Few of the players bought under his management have performed well, and most have depreciated in value. It's highly unlikely they'll secure a top-four finish this season, so Manchester United this season will likely be a complete failure. I think Ten Hag will probably be sacked in the summer. I'm curious to see how it will unfold, with Ten Hag, the manager with the highest win rate in Manchester United's history, being dismissed.
