On January 27th, Burnt (XION) announced the launch of the generalized abstract practical example Crash Game.
As described, the Crash Game combines XION's meta-accounts, device abstraction, and parameterized fee layer, showcasing a fully on-chain game that eliminates all frictions typically present in Web3 applications and games. This functionality is available for all XION developers.
Leveraging the meta-account feature, users can log in with a previously created account; they can use familiar methods for logging in without needing a mnemonic phrase, and transactions can be conducted without pop-ups or the need to sign indiscernible transaction hashes. With the device abstraction feature, users can log in from a phone, computer, or even a friend's computer; they can use the same account across devices without the security risk of transferring mnemonic phrases.
Utilizing the parameterized fee layer feature, users can play on-chain games and claim without the need for initial capital; they have the ability to initiate transactions on behalf of users and grant execution permissions to other accounts. |
