Breetzke, Klaasen and Ahmad heroic efforts helped Super Giants to huge win

Durban Super Giants registered a huge victory over Royals at Kingmead  on Sunday(January 28),this victory helped them securing a no.1 spot in points table.

Their opener could not make any significant contribution and out cheaply but partnership of 100 runs  between   Marcus Stoinis and Breetzke set the tone for team at the one stage when they were in trouble due to sudden fall of wickets  and expected to reach 180 score but Klasen quick fire helped them to reach 208 run

During his short but effective inining,Klasen scored a fifty off 17 balls with 6 maximum and 2 fours .

On the other hand Royal's batting  failed completely and none of their batsman could not make any significant contribution and got out on 83 runs

Mystery spinner Ahmad  from Afghanistan thrashed their batting line-up,he picked up 5 wickets off 11 runs

Brief scores: Durban Super Giants 208/7 in 20 overs (Matthew Breetzke 78, Heinrich Klaasen 50; Tabraiz Shamsi 2-20) beat Paarl Royals 83 in 13.2 overs (Mitchell Van Buuren 36*; Noor Ahmad 5-11, Keshav Maharaj 2-23) by 125 runs.
