DeFi Technologies acquires Reflexivity Research, a crypto research company founded by Anthony Pompliano of Morgan Creek Digital
On January 9th, according to Tech Startups, the Canadian-listed company DeFi Technologies acquired the private research company Reflexivity Research in an all-stock transaction. DeFi Technologies announced in a statement on Tuesday that they have signed a binding Letter of Intent (LOI) for the acquisition, but did not disclose the specific amount involved. Under the terms of the agreement, DeFi Technologies will acquire all issued and outstanding securities of Reflexivity Research in exchange for 5 million common shares of DeFi Technologies ("Payment Shares"). It is reported that Reflexivity Research was founded by Anthony Pompliano, co-founder of Morgan Creek Digital, and Will Clemente, founder of the cryptocurrency analysis firm Reflexivity Research, less than 18 months ago, aiming to provide tailored cryptocurrency native research for traditional financial investors.
