To be honest, air conditioning is indeed a great thing. It makes one can't help but marvel at the fortune of living in the age of technology. Technology is a good thing that allows us to accomplish things we never dared to believe in before. However, it also brings us problems we have never experienced. Like the very common issue of insomnia nowadays, often caused by the temptations of various electronic devices, noise, and light pollution. So, many times, if we could live a bit more "primitive," perhaps we could avoid many mental problems. It's like someone said before: if you give yourself a few minutes of daydreaming every day, you might live a longer life. It's just a pity that people are too busy nowadays, and there's not even time for daydreaming.

It is precisely because of the development of technology that our lives have become increasingly convenient and comfortable.

Occasionally experiencing the "primitive" is fine. There's no denying that I still love technological products.
