It's no secret that South Africa has never seen an Indian Test series victory. They won't do so again this time. If there is, however, a chance to win a consolation prize, this is it. India has only won one series out of their eight tours to South Africa, which came in 2010–11 when the two Test series under MS Dhoni finished in a 1–1 draw. The hope of winning a series in South Africa will have to wait for the time being, but considering the crushing defeat India suffered in Centurion last week, a series draw in Cape Town will be just as satisfying as a series win.
