Speaking of gamblers, the experiences of all gamblers are quite similar. It boils down to curiosity, greed, madness, frustration, despair, and even thoughts of self-harm, and so on. I won't share my personal experience; it's too lengthy, and they are all unpleasant memories, better left unspoken.

I have a neighbor who is a gambler. He has nothing to do every day and no job. He often physically abuses his wife, frequently indulges in alcohol, and regularly squanders his wife's money on gambling. We often see his wife covered in injuries from his abuse, and everyone feels pity and sympathy for her. Someone asked her why she doesn't leave him, and she replied, "We've been together for so long, I hope he can change for the better one day." We all remained speechless...

So why do some gamblers become so immersed in it? The biggest problem with gambling lies in its ability to quickly satisfy people's desires. Everyone needs to control themselves.
