In terms of future profitability, the market is currently overpriced. We are taking on debt like never before. The U.S. bond market is behaving very strangely, with interest rates plummeting.
David Tice, known for his short-selling during bear markets, is now an advisor for the AdvisorShares Ranger Equity Bear ETF, managing assets totaling $70 million. While the fund has seen a 3% increase in the past month, it has declined by 62% over the past two years. David Tice emphasizes:
We have not yet emerged from a difficult situation, and this is a dangerous market now.
He encourages investors to weigh the following risk: "Are you willing to endure up to 40% potential pullback risk for a short-term gain of 3% to 5%?" David Tice believes this is not a bet worth making. When the price of Bitcoin was at $10,000, we held a position in Bitcoin. However, when Bitcoin rose to $60,000, we believed it had reached an unsustainable level. Recently, many central bank governors, the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), and the Bank of England have made profound negative comments. I think holding coins now is very dangerous. |
