Golden Finance reports that Zellic, a Web3 audit company, posted on social media stating that its security researchers discovered a vulnerability in Astar. Malicious actors may exploit this vulnerability to steal tokens worth approximately $400,000. The flaw allows any attacker to siphon off significant funds from certain types of smart contracts deployed on the Astar EVM. Security researchers Faith and vakzz identified the amount at risk of being stolen and subsequently submitted a report to the Astar Network bug bounty program on Immunefi. |
