The five-day volatility low of Bitcoin has dropped below the volatility lows of the S&P 500, Nasdaq Index, and gold. According to a report from K33 Research, this situation has only occurred a few times, and it is typically followed by a burst of volatility.
Investors should consider the 30-day volatility index, which has recently almost reached a five-year low, aside from a significant contraction in trading volume.
On-chain insights from Glassnode reveal that long-term holders of Bitcoin have been consistently reducing their supply, indicating their readiness to sell, especially if the price falls below $30,000. |
