Previously, Sia users could only upload data through Sia-UI (manually) or via the Sia API. Now, with the use of Nextcloud, users can easily add Sia folders to Nextcloud configurations.

Nextcloud functions like a private Dropbox, and it's really fantastic. Sia even enhances Nextcloud by breaking the typical applications' dependence on centralized services.

Herbert mentions that Sia will have a new version called "Blue Moon," where the user experience will improve significantly, addressing the previously criticized wallet unlock issue.

Previously, it took around 20 minutes to unlock the Sia wallet for use*. After updating to Blue Moon, it only takes a few seconds. This is an area we have been continuously working to improve, and it is one of our key focuses.
