Baccarat Point Counting System – A Strategy Used by Big Winners

Baccarat is a popular game enjoyed by many, and it has its fair share of big winners. These winners have often devised various strategies and systems for betting, and today, we will share one of these strategies known as the "point counting system." Point counting is a commonly used baccarat betting system.

This system is based on the difference in points between the first two hands. Let's illustrate this with an example:

- First Hand: The banker wins 8 to 4 (point difference = 8 - 4 = 4).
- Second Hand: The player wins 7 to 5 (point difference = 7 - 5 = 2).
- Third Hand: The player wins 9 to 0 (point difference = 9 - 0 = 9) (start betting here).

- Fourth Hand: The banker wins 7 to 4 (point difference = 7 - 4 = 3).
- Fifth Hand: The player wins 8 to 2 (point difference = 8 - 2 = 6).

According to this system, if the point difference between the first two hands decreases, you should bet on the side that won the last round. If the point difference increases, you should bet on the side that lost the last round. In the example above:

- The point difference between the first and second hands decreased from 4 to 2, so you bet on the player for the third hand, which won.
- The point difference between the second and third hands increased from 2 to 9, so you bet on the banker for the fourth hand, which won.
- The point difference between the third and fourth hands decreased from 9 to 3, so you bet on the banker for the fifth hand, which lost.

This system is known as "positive progression," and its reverse version is called "negative progression." Here are some observations about this system:

1. The likelihood of experiencing very long positive or negative progressions is quite low. Usually, positive or negative progressions do not continue for more than six consecutive rounds.

2. At times, a negative progression may dominate a session but is eventually replaced by a positive progression. In practice, positive and negative progressions tend to balance each other out by the end of a session.

It's important to note that while these strategies may provide a structured approach to betting, the outcome in baccarat is still largely dependent on chance. Players should use such systems with caution and be aware of the risks involved in gambling.
