In November, Macau's gambling revenue was only 2.999 billion yuan (MOP), marking a year-on-year decrease of 56%. Despite mainland China's resumption of electronic visas for Australian tourists in November and the hosting of major events such as the Macau Grand Prix and Food Festival at the end of the previous month, Macau's gambling revenue in November was only 2.999 billion yuan. Cumulatively for the first 11 months of the year, Macau's gambling revenue is approximately 38.1 billion yuan.
Comparatively, from January to November last year, Macau's gambling revenue was about 38.1 billion yuan, which is more than twice the 78.5 billion yuan recorded during the same period in the previous year. |
