American casino giant Wynn Resorts announced a few months ago that its resort in the UAE is officially named Wynn Al Marjan Island and released the first batch of renderings.
The resort is developed jointly by Wynn Resorts in collaboration with local partners Marjan LLC and RAK Hospitality Holding LLC. Situated at an elevation of over 1,000 feet (305 meters), it has an estimated total cost of approximately $3.9 billion.
It is expected to open its doors in early 2027. Wynn Al Marjan Island will offer around 1,500 luxurious rooms, suites, and villas, with design inspiration drawn from the natural surroundings of the resort and Wynn Resorts' leading design aesthetics.
The resort will feature a variety of entertainment options, gaming areas, an experience with 24 dining and lounge venues, innovative spa and wellness experiences, upscale shopping promenades, state-of-the-art fitness centers, a theater for hosting unique performances, and other amenities. |
