Australia's largest gambling company, Tabcorp, has launched a new responsible gambling technology feature that utilizes artificial intelligence to identify and assist potential problem gamblers earlier. The company announced on Thursday that it has partnered with Mindway AI to implement this technology. This marks the first collaboration between an international AI platform and an Australian betting company. According to the company, Mindway AI has installed customer service software in 20 different countries and has 6.5 million monthly active users worldwide.
