Banging your head, self-doubt, keyboard smashing... Even the most perfect plans can go awry sometimes.

1. Chasing Losses When Playing Poorly:
If you don't know when to walk away, a bad performance at the table can turn into a living nightmare. Take a deep breath, rationally assess your state of mind, and whether it's suitable to continue playing. When frustration is burning inside, try to learn to accept that it's just a losing day.

2. Upgrading Too Quickly:
So, you think you can conquer the high-stakes tables, and you're feeling fantastic. However, remember that poker is a game with swings. Before upgrading, make sure you're mentally and financially prepared. Rushing into higher stakes without proper preparation can be a disaster for any poker player.

3. Letting Your Ego Take Over:
Don't lose control just because someone at the table is playing better than you. Leave your strong ego aside when you sit at the table. Otherwise, it will start dismantling the game from within.

4. Forgetting the Value of Position:
In this game of incomplete information, having the last action and knowing your opponent's actions on every street is a significant advantage. When you're in an unfavorable position, avoid chasing so-called "good hands." This way, you'll see your profitability skyrocket.

Rationality is about trying to consider things; trying is ultimately a good thing.

Perhaps being rational is enough; no more impulsiveness
