Will the market continue to decline? Is it still possible to enter now?
The total market value of altcoins has not yet reached the peak of the last bull market. Although many new projects have emerged, it's at most a mid-term progress in the bull market. I believe there will still be a period of explosive growth for altcoins.
Moreover, positive news such as the approval of spot ETFs and the U.S. interest rate cut cycle have not fully materialized yet. So I think there are still opportunities. For example, sectors like the RW sector, AR, sports economy sector, and meme sector, which we have been paying attention to, have performed well recently. Many altcoin projects are currently at low prices and worth paying attention to.
In addition, the approval of the Bitcoin ETF is much more significant than last week's announcement of WEB3 in Hong Kong. This event proves that the value of Bitcoin has been recognized. Although the whales may be shaking out weak retail investors now, it's also to prepare for the future.
Finally, I want to say that in a bull market, many people know it will rise for a long time, but they still can't hold onto their chips. This is actually a mentality problem. We need to have a clear plan and goals for our investments, determine whether our funds are sufficient, and whether we can accept corrections psychologically. Learn to control emotions, overcome greed and fear. Trading is a long-term process, patience and confidence are essential. I hope everyone can stay true to their original aspirations and wait for the wind together during this difficult period.
Has the bull market peaked and ended?
First of all, it's quite clear that now is not the peak of the bull market. In fact, it was already evident from the previous altcoin market that some meme stars achieved hundredfold gains in the primary market, but after listing on exchanges, the profits were not that significant. In a real bull market, everything flies in the exchange, without needing to look or manage, it just rises, because the amount of funds in the investment market is too large.
Secondly, it may be even harder to play next, especially now that liquidity has come up, and there are so many types of coins. In the past, there weren't as many altcoins, and there were only a few hundred coins to play with. Now, there are so many altcoins that each one feels like it has a background, packaging their stories extravagantly, narrating all day long. In reality, most of them haven't even waited for the bull market and have already returned to zero. Now, choosing coins is much more difficult than ever before.
In the end, the fate of altcoins is ultimately one of three things: either they go to zero, or they have an average increase, or they skyrocket by more than a hundredfold. When I choose coins in the circle, I consider these three levels of risk and possibilities to lay out. We strive for most altcoins to have an average increase, occasionally one or two hundredfold gains, and try to avoid going to zero as much as possible. By the time we get off at the peak of the bull market, we'll already be overflowing with profits. |
