Xabi Alonso, the emerging world-class coach, is leading Leverkusen to win this season's Bundesliga title, ending Bayern's over a decade of dominance. Leverkusen's achievement is remarkable, but everything is relative. Leverkusen's strength highlights the downfall of Bayern Munich, the Bundesliga powerhouse, under current coach Tuchel, who can be considered Bayern's worst coach in nearly a decade.

In fact, signs of decline were evident for Bayern last season. If it weren't for Dortmund slipping up in the final matchday while holding the advantage, Bayern would have lost the Bundesliga title last season. This season, Bayern thought the acquisition of Harry Kane, who has scored 31 goals in the league, would elevate them, but unfortunately, Tuchel's poor coaching prevented the team from progressing.

The biggest issue with this Bayern side is their inability to produce consistent performances. Their inconsistent performances were the main reason for losing the league title, and Tuchel's tactical arrangements have also been criticized by fans. His management of the dressing room is not astute either, with frequent rumors of conflicts with players or the club management surfacing. But most importantly, he lacks a winning mentality. For instance, although it's widely believed that Leverkusen will win the Bundesliga this season, the last thing you want to do on the battlefield is to surrender before the battle even begins, but that's exactly what Tuchel did.

After losing 0-2 at home to Dortmund, Tuchel admitted, "Is the Bundesliga over? Yes, undoubtedly. Congratulations to Leverkusen." He further stated that the entire Bayern team lacked confidence, indicating Tuchel's coaching career at Bayern has failed. Currently, the only hope for Bayern lies in the Champions League season. If Tuchel can lead Bayern to win the Champions League, then his position at Bayern may change, but otherwise, he is one of the worst coaches Bayern has had in the past decade.

What do you think of Tuchel's coaching performance at Bayern?

Tuchel lacks a winning mentality, with disorganized management resulting in Bayern's inconsistent performance. Hoping for a Champions League miracle, or else he'll be one of the worst coaches....

Bayern Munich is only 9 points away from their first league title, which would be a historic moment for them. For Bayern, winning the Bundesliga has become commonplace, but for Leverkusen, it would be a monumental achievement. However, Bayern's performance this season isn't necessarily poor. Last season, they won the league with 71 points, but Leverkusen's dominance this season is remarkable. With 23 wins and 4 draws in 27 matches, Leverkusen is likely to secure an unbeaten title. So, Bayern's loss isn't unjustified; defeating such a strong opponent is commendable. Losing the Bundesliga isn't terrifying for Bayern, given their 11 consecutive titles. Everyone, including Bayern, might be tired of their success. A successful season isn't just about winning the league; performing well in the Champions League matters more. Tuchel's timing at Bayern wasn't ideal. The team was already in disarray last season, and Tuchel was merely a firefighter. Despite acquiring Kane in the summer, Bayern's performance remained lackluster, indicating problems within the team. Tuchel struggled to control Bayern's stars, leading to inevitable failure. Now, Bayern's last hope lies in the Champions League. While they were expected to easily defeat Arsenal, this season's uncertainties make the outcome uncertain. Personally, I hope Arsenal advances, allowing Bayern to rebuild in the summer after a disappointing season.

Can't Bayern just announce their dissolution? With so many stars and such a great team, they hired a clueless coach. Really disappointed. Have you been worth my support for years? You incompetent coach, just go home. Seriously, I hope you submit your resignation letter immediately!

"Doesn't seem like we can expect Heynckes to return to Bayern now, right?
Let's also spare a thought for Harry Kane. Finally transferred to Bayern, but can't even win the league title. He's really worked hard, and his stats are impressive. This season, Leverkusen is indeed strong. Actually, Leverkusen was competitive against Bayern and Dortmund over a decade ago. Known for their toughness, Leverkusen has rejuvenated under Xabi Alonso's leadership today. It's worth celebrating. But please, Leverkusen, go easy next season. Give Harry Kane some opportunities. After all, he's in his 30s now, and not having won a single championship yet. Let's not let the hero fade away in twilight. It's heart-wrenching........"

This season, Bayern Munich's performance can't be solely blamed on the coach. It's more about squad issues and various internal discord factors. With rumors of the coach being sacked after the season, it's surprising if they manage to perform well.

Harry Kane has great ability but falls short due to coaching. Hopefully, things will go smoother for him in the Champions League!
