March 6th News: Today, NBA reporter Jason Timpf summarized the Lakers' performance trend for this season in a tweet.
"Since January 7th, the Lakers have achieved a record of 17 wins and 10 losses, ranking 7th best in the league during this period. They rank 6th in offensive efficiency and 20th in defensive efficiency in the league.
"The self-destructive period after the mid-season championship is what has hurt their ranking.
"Record before winning the mid-season championship: 15 wins, 9 losses.
"After winning the mid-season championship: 3 wins, 10 losses.
"Next 27 games: 17 wins, 10 losses," Timpf wrote. |
