One of the hottest topics in today's football world is the future destination of the young coach, Xabi Alonso, who has led Bayer Leverkusen through an impressive unbeaten streak of 33 matches across various competitions. It is reported that clubs like Liverpool, Bayern Munich, and even Real Madrid have their eyes on Alonso, eager to invite him to coach their teams. So, where will Alonso go next season?

Alonso has had a remarkable performance this season, potentially breaking Bayern Munich's years of dominance. His outstanding achievements have attracted the attention of many top clubs. First up is Liverpool. The legendary and meritorious coach Klopp will leave Liverpool after this season, leaving the club in need of a good coach to succeed Klopp's legacy. Alonso seems to be the perfect fit, not only due to his impressive coaching record but also because he had previously played for Liverpool during his player career, making him very familiar with Liverpool's culture and playing style. Therefore, appointing him to succeed Klopp would undoubtedly be the best choice for Liverpool.

However, Liverpool faces competition from other clubs as well. For example, Bayern Munich is attempting to lure this potentially championship-stopping coach away from Bayer Leverkusen. With Bayern's current coach, Flick, set to leave after the season, the club is also in search of a new coach. It is rumored that Bayern is prepared to offer Alonso a lucrative contract in the summer, with an annual salary reaching £20 million, in order to entice him away from Bayer Leverkusen. This proposed salary would make Alonso the highest-paid head coach in Bundesliga history.

Lastly, Real Madrid is also keeping an eye on Alonso. Although Ancelotti has just renewed his contract with Real Madrid, his age and the rumors of coaching the Brazilian national team suggest that Real Madrid's interest in Alonso is understandable. However, Alonso is not in a hurry to make a decision about his future. He has stated that he will fully focus on leading Bayer Leverkusen to achieve the team's goals for the remaining season before discussing anything else after the season concludes.

Hopefully, Liverpool can provide a good offer to Alonso so that he may have the chance to coach there.

As the ancient saying goes, there are often exceptional horses, but not always exceptional trainers. However, in this era of economics, the situation has reversed. As long as you are a true exceptional horse, the trainers will revolve around you. Xabi Alonso is the best proof of this. It seems that now, it could be said that exceptional trainers are often found, while exceptional horses are not always found.

It proves that he still has a lot of strength. Coupled with the team's great confidence in him, they feel that investing in him is worthwhile.

The latest news is that Bayern is essentially out of the competition. Alonso doesn't want to get involved in the current chaos at Bayern, and when it comes to a sense of belonging, Liverpool is more important to Alonso's career.

The most sensational football coach of this season is undoubtedly none other than Xabi Alonso. Renowned for his cerebral approach to playing football, Alonso excelled as a midfield orchestrator during his playing days, particularly known for his world-class long-range passing. After retiring, Alonso's transition to coaching has been highly anticipated, given his intellectual approach to the game. Leading the Bayer Leverkusen this season under Alonso's guidance has been truly remarkable. The Bundesliga title seems within Pharmacy's grasp this season, with the suspense revolving around whether they can secure the treble of Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal, and UEFA Europa League titles, as well as potentially achieving an undefeated season in the Bundesliga.

Currently, the teams hopeful of securing Alonso's services in the summer happen to be the three clubs he played for during his career: Real Madrid, Liverpool, and Bayern Munich. With Bayern Munich already announcing the departure of Nagelsmann after the season's end, Alonso seems like the prime candidate for the job. While clinching the Bundesliga title before joining Bayern would be a perfect scenario, managing Bayern comes with significant pressure. Known as the 'Hollywood of Green Turf,' Bayern's dressing room dynamics can be challenging to handle. Though Alonso played for Bayern in the latter stages of his career, adapting to the managerial role within such an environment poses a significant question.

Liverpool, on the other hand, is in need of rebuilding. Despite their decent performance this season, Klopp's departure in the summer might unsettle Liverpool. Salah's potential departure could further weaken the team, particularly in midfield. The pressure in the Premier League is immense, with several strong teams competing for the top spots. If Liverpool fails to perform next season, it could tarnish Alonso's reputation as a new coach.

As for Real Madrid, Ancelotti has led them exceptionally well for years, and with Zidane's potential return, their focus would likely be on the Champions League. Joining Real Madrid could also bring considerable pressure for Alonso. Perhaps spending a few more years honing his coaching skills before taking on the challenge at Real Madrid might be a better option.

However, Bayern Munich offers a different scenario. With the possibility of Bayern ending the season empty-handed this year, Alonso leading them to the Bundesliga title next season would be considered a success. And for a team like Bayern, isn't that championship practically guaranteed? Ha-ha!

Alonso was truly impressive during his playing days, especially as a defensive midfielder, where he had a commanding presence and controlled the game's tempo. Now, as a coach, winning championships doesn't surprise me at all.
