Irfan Pathan slams Pakistan fans for their poor mentality after India U19

Irfan Pathan, the ex-India cricketer, slammed the Pakistan fans for their negative comments after India U-19 lost to Australia in the ICC U-19 World Cup 2024 final. He said that their attitude shows their poor mentality.

India U-19 suffered a big 79-run defeat to Australia in the final of the ICC U-19 World Cup 2024. India U-19 had played brilliantly in the league stage and reached the semi-final unbeaten. But after India U-19 lost the final to Australia, Pakistan fans took the chance to make fun of the Indian team and fans. They taunted them for losing another ICC trophy and continuing their dry spell.

Irfan Pathan was not happy with Pakistan fans’ mockery of India. The former Indian all-rounder said that even though their U-19 team did not qualify for the final, they are still trolling the young players. He tweeted: “Despite their U-19 team not making it to the final, keyboard warriors from across the border find pleasure in our youngsters’ defeat. This negative and bad attitude shows their nation’s low mentality.
