Why BCCI official said Virat will not be part of ongoing Test series may ?

According to BCCI sources Virat can be ruled out of ongoing test series against England completely as they told he have no idea about him whether he is coming for third test match or not   as We don’t know when he will play again after theVishakhapatnam Test. Speaking with times of India BCCi official said

"We haven’t heard anything from him on his return as yet"

Virat Kohli told Rohit Sharma and Rahul Dravid that he needed some time away from cricket because of some problems in his family. But he said he would come back for the 3rd Test .

He is important player of Indian test team so management will be happy  if he will play rest matches of series . India's   team management as well as Indian team both  are missing their services and both will  be expecting  for Virat's return in series against England
