Hyderabad’s Tanmay Agarwal did a great job in the Ranji Trophy. He scored the fastest 300 runs in first-class cricket. He scored 300 runs in just 147 balls. He also became the first Indian batsman to score 300 runs in a single day,he also breaks the record of most sixes in a single inining .

He made a new record in 147 balls. Marais had the old record in 191 balls for 300 runs in 2017.

*Tanmay moved ahead of Ravi Shastri.*

Left handed batsman Tanmay breaks the record of 39 years old record of veteran cricketer Ravi Shastri(200 runs in 123 balls),as he scored 200 runs in 119 balls.

*Most sixes in a single inining*

He become second man in first class cricket  history  as he scores  21 sixes in single inining,while Colin Munro is still at top with 23 sixes
