When playing the baccarat game, everyone understands the importance of luck and "skills." While luck is undoubtedly crucial, what about "skills"? In my understanding, "skills" should be referred to as experience, which means applying the feelings gained through numerous practical experiences to a specific card pattern, combined with the effective use of "pauses," making it the most efficient means.

Whether to advance or retreat, the intensity of such actions depends on one's personality. Impulsive individuals tend to aggressively pursue losses, which is the outcome that the casino most hopes to see. Impulsiveness is also human nature, and the casino's survival depends on recognizing this weakness and thriving on it. Overcoming this weakness becomes a mandatory lesson for us to overcome the casino!

Some say that the casino is like a battlefield, but I don't completely agree with this viewpoint. The so-called battlefield provides a platform for those eager for war, a confrontational state resulting from the conflicting actions of both sides. However, in gambling, if you stop attacking, will you still be harmed? The casino will not actively attack you! This is when the importance of the word "pause" comes into play! The most effective strikes are those without a rhythm. The opponent you hit like a punching bag will always be there, waiting for you. So, why care about how many punches you plan to throw? Don't let your opponent know your tactics because you don't know theirs, making it a fair game, with the additional advantage of striking first!

If you land a powerful blow on your opponent and they cannot counter, isn't that satisfying? Don't give them a chance to retaliate because you don't know the strength of their punches or how much damage they might cause you! Therefore, advancing and retreating, moving and pausing are the same in this regard. Pausing is not only the best form of retreat but also the best defense, fundamentally making it a crucial condition for conquering baccarat!
