Solana's new meme coin, LFG, announced on social media that, based on feedback from community members, as well as prominent users on Solana and Ethereum, the project is preparing to include a new group in its second airdrop. The second airdrop is expected to take place within 2 weeks. According to the new rules, small users on the Ethereum network (wallets with spending as low as $1,000), Ethereum developers who have deployed smart contracts, addresses interacting with major Solana protocols, and early LPs will qualify for the airdrop. Additionally, the first airdrop claims will end one week later. Tokens unclaimed in Airdrop 1 and Airdrop 2 will be removed from the supply. In the coming weeks, LFG will introduce a proposal on how to utilize the existing LFG treasury to introduce a micro-grant program, encouraging ETH builders to develop on Solana.
