Russian Bitcoin mining solutions provider BitCluster is expanding its operations in Ethiopia, planning to build a large-scale mining facility with a capacity of 120 megawatts in Addis Ababa. The facility will be powered entirely by the renewable energy from Africa's largest hydropower project, the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam, which has a capacity of 5.15 gigawatts.
