Former Director of the SEC's Office of Internet Enforcement, John Reed Stark, expressed on the X platform that personally, he is not a supporter of a spot Bitcoin ETF and does not see the approval of a spot Bitcoin ETF as a positive development.

According to John Reed Stark, the idea of a spot Bitcoin ETF is still a "ridiculous" concept, as it could create another large-scale Wall Street scheme to attract investors and the spot Bitcoin ETF could be the most "centralized" cryptocurrency product.
