We live in a world of binary oppositions: up and down, light and dark, cold and hot, inside and outside, fast and slow, left and right, good and bad. It can be said that every phenomenon has its counterpart; where there is an 'up,' there must be a 'down.' Essentially, everything is inseparable from this world of binary opposition.

In gambling, particularly in games like poker, the concept of winning and losing also follows this pattern. When you win, someone else loses, and when you lose, someone else wins.

Since we understand that everything has its opposite and that it's beyond our control, the one thing we can control is our mood. Every time we think we can control ourselves, it's mostly when we are in a good mood. It's a challenging task to control our mood when it's not favorable. Some people can achieve this, but how many can truly control their emotions? After all, humans are inherently emotional beings.

In gambling, I often remind myself to stay calm. Winning and losing are ordinary occurrences, and maintaining equanimity is essential.

It does make some sense, indeed.

In gambling, there are wins and losses; no matter what comes your way, you have to face it.

Whoever can train their mindset effectively is essentially able to defeat the house.

Anyway, there's only one outcome, and that's a win.
