A manager's biggest fear isn't just a decline in performance but realizing the dressing room no longer supports. According to Mirror, ten Hag has lost half of Man United's dressing room support. Once a manager loses this backing, it often signals an impending dismissal.

In the current season's first 21 matches, Man United lost 10, with the recent defeat to Newcastle being the worst. In that game, a clash between Martial and ten Hag and harsh criticism for Rashford raised speculation about internal issues.

Sky Sports reports several players have long been discontent with ten Hag. Reasons include questioning his tactical decisions as the cause for poor results, dissatisfaction with his grueling and seemingly ineffective training methods, and criticism of his managerial style, particularly his handling of Sancho and favoritism, sparking controversies.

Man United faces a crisis in the ten Hag era. With the Champions League on the brink, upcoming matches against Chelsea, Bayern Munich, and Liverpool will be critical. If results continue to disappoint, the atmosphere in the dressing room could worsen, increasing the likelihood of ten Hag's dismissal.

A manager must control the dressing room; otherwise, the team's performance will suffer. Let's hope ten Hag weathers this storm.

Seeing such results, it's really not good. There needs to be a change.

The current situation with Manchester United is quite delicate. When the team's performance is poor, there is undoubtedly a tendency to find a scapegoat, and the head coach is undoubtedly the prime choice. Ten Hag's release clause is not very high, with just £15 million, allowing Manchester United to dismiss him at will. However, the issue may not be that straightforward. A significant portion of the current Manchester United squad was brought in by Ten Hag, many of whom were high-priced acquisitions. If Ten Hag were to leave, the new coach might not be keen on some players, such as Anthony Martial, who might find themselves sidelined. This would imply another phase of rebuilding for Manchester United, and selling these players could be challenging, with the potential for a substantial loss of value.

If Ten Hag survives the Christmas schedule, then we really have to question whether there's a close relationship between the management and him.

Half a season has already proven that his tactical system is not suitable for the current Manchester United players. Moreover, he is stubborn in his player choices, and substitutions are not decisive. He truly doesn't seem fit to lead a European competition team engaged in multiple fronts.

Currently, the top management at Manchester United is facing a dilemma. If Ten Hag is dismissed, there's a high probability that this season won't yield significant results. Furthermore, next summer would require significant investment to rebuild and bring in new players. On the other hand, retaining Ten Hag's position might prove difficult given the apparent lack of cohesion within the team. If players don't contribute on the field, even the best coach may struggle.

In my opinion, the Manchester United leadership could empower Ten Hag by benching players who don't support him, allowing him to have more control. This approach might breathe new life into the team. Just like last season when the choice was between Cristiano Ronaldo and Ten Hag, trusting Ten Hag didn't disappoint.

I don't know how long Ten Hag will continue to shake up Manchester United, and I don't know what state Manchester United will be in after he's done with it. Anyway, Manchester United fans must have gotten used to it. Since Sir Alex retired, Manchester United has become the most famous circus in the Premier League. Almost every season, they can give you some spectacle. At this rate, it's going to be difficult to attract top-notch or even promising players to join the team!

In any case, with poor results, the head coach is bound to take the blame. However, I believe that even if they change the coach, it won't make much difference.
