Regarding the topic of facing stress, I can share some personal thoughts and experiences with you. After all, there are always moments in life that make us feel a bit breathless, right?

Lastly, don't forget to smile. Sometimes, appropriate humor and optimism can exert amazing power in the face of stress. Find some amusing activities, watch funny videos, give yourself a smile, and your mood may improve.
