These days, I've been having stomach issues. I went to the hospital for a check-up and turns out I have a bit of a stomach ulcer. After the doctor understood my lifestyle, they concluded it's due to excessive consumption of coffee and strong tea. I've always thought that coffee and strong tea have an invigorating effect, boosting my alertness for gambling and keeping me energized. So, I've been having a big cup of coffee and strong tea all day long, and now I end up in the hospital? When I got back home, I checked some information, and boy, was I in for a surprise. Caffeine is a stimulant; it can cause anxiety, headaches, poor sleep, and increase heart rate! In fact, it's basically replicating stress symptoms! Seems like you can't take anything for granted!
Today's topic is about me finding many suitable gambling-friendly foods to share with everyone, divided into three categories: beverages, snacks, and fruits. Hopefully, you all won't indulge like I did without thinking.
Beverages:

In general, stress-relieving foods usually include sweets and chocolate to alleviate stress and enhance happiness. You can also eat strawberries, cherries, oranges, kiwi, grains, milk, eggs, beans, and other protein-rich foods regularly to boost immunity, prevent diseases, and alleviate fatigue and stress.
