"Actually, I believe that when people are young, especially recent graduates entering the job market, they should have this kind of mindset. I sometimes get annoyed when I see those newbies in the workplace acting meek and submissive. Sometimes, I can't help but step in to give them a piece of my mind. Because honestly, when it comes to professional knowledge and experience, young newcomers can't compare to seasoned veterans who have been around for years. However, being young also has its own advantages, such as the capital to make mistakes without fear. If someone feels anger towards workplace rookies, I can only say that the one who scolds the newbies is in the wrong. No one can learn everything right away, and there is always a learning curve from scratch. So, I believe that new and young individuals should embrace this mindset.

Sometimes, I truly envy those in this age group. I learned this lesson later in my career after many years in the workforce. Unfortunately, there isn't much time left for me to take full advantage of this perspective. I realize that you can keep learning throughout your life, but the perceptions of the workplace toward veterans and newcomers will always objectively exist."

Even if there is a gap when compared to experienced professionals, one should not feel discouraged. After all, everyone has opportunities for growth and potential.
