On October 24th, after T1's victory over C9, mid-laner Faker participated in an interview with INVEN Global as follows:
Q: In your opinion, which team has the best chance of winning this year's World Championship?
Faker: GEN and JDG have both performed well this year, and they are the top favorites to win. Besides them, LCK teams are also very strong.
Q: What about mid-laners? Which player do you pay the most attention to?
Faker: Among the players participating in the World Championship, I believe Chovy is the strongest.
Q: How do you rate Chovy's performance in recent years?
Faker: Compared to the past, Chovy has improved a lot. He has overcome his weaknesses and has been playing very consistently. I think his consistency is excellent.
Q: You won the Asian Games gold medal together with some of the players who might be your opponents next. Do you think working together has helped you understand their playstyles?
Faker: Since we worked together on the same team, we have a better understanding of each other's playstyles. I believe facing them will be interesting. |
