According to a Reuters report, a spokesperson from Mastercard conveyed via email that both Mastercard and the cryptocurrency exchange Binance will conclude their crypto card project in four countries: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Bahrain, on September 22nd. Binance Card allowed users to make payments with traditional currency, sourced from their cryptocurrency holdings on the exchange.

Mastercard's website also listed partnerships with cryptocurrency exchanges, including Gemini. The spokesperson affirmed that this decision will not impact any other crypto card initiatives by Mastercard.

Binance has not responded to requests for comments. The exchange's customer support account on the X platform (formerly known as Twitter) earlier indicated that Binance Card ""will no longer be available to users in Latin America and the Middle East.

Binance Exchange is indeed quite impressive. It has become one of the top three exchanges globally within just a few years of its establishment.
