Elon Musk is facing a $258 billion racketeering lawsuit over accusations of intentionally inflating the price of Dogecoin, with plaintiffs claiming he used his social media presence to drive up the price by "more than 36,000 per cent over two years and then letting it crash"? Is the filing merely an attempt to defame him, or does it have a legitimate basis in alleging that he "used his pedestal as World's richest man to operate and manipulate the Dogecoin Pyramid Scheme"?
