Which all crypcurrencies can rise in 2024?

I want to build a portfolio for myself and looking for some advice on cryptocurrencies that would perform well in the next one year and a half.

After comments by Jerome Powell, Chairman of the US Fed in Jackson Hole meet, I doubt that crypto markets would go any further than this. The chairman Powell said that inflation was still high and there would be future rate hikes in the US. This is a bad news for crypto since its growth depends upon disposable income. Rate hikes suck this disposable income out of the markets.

I think seeing the current market conditions, the best options would be top 10 largecaps except stablecoins, BNB and Dogecoin. This is because BNB is currently under regulatory pressure and Dogecoin lacks any practical usage. Even Shiba Inu has launched its own blockchain.

I have high conviction on:
Ripple, because it has regulatory clarity.
Bitcoin because it dominates the market and also upcoming ETFs.
Ethereum because it has high demand in Dapps, NFTs and other crypto-native applications.
