I prefer using the flat betting strategy when playing baccarat for two reasons. Firstly, my funds are limited, so I can't play with large bets. Secondly, within my limited budget, I aim to maximize my playing time, and that's where flat betting excels. I often find myself playing for over 40 minutes without realizing it, and I can keep my losses within a manageable range. If we're talking about the most rational gamblers, I believe I'd rank pretty high.
However, flat betting has its downside. When playing for an extended period and getting stuck in a state where you neither profit nor lose, it can become quite frustrating. What's even more frustrating is when, after playing for a long time, you still end up losing money. It feels like all your efforts were in vain, and I think most people would find that frustrating. But that's just my personality. Playing with large bets doesn't suit me, and I don't have the funds for it. So, occasional flat betting is the best compromise for me.
