I want to take a very calm and objective approach to talk about Manchester United today. It seems like every time I wake up from a nap, I can expect to see bad news coming from Manchester United. This frequent occurrence of bad news reminds me of the chaotic situations that occurred before the sackings of previous Manchester United managers. In hindsight, it's evident that Manchester United's dressing room has never been stable for a long period, and stability in the dressing room is crucial for achieving good results. Today, I want to discuss the issue of the dressing room once again.

The main reason I want to talk about this topic again is because I recently watched a documentary about the German national team during the last World Cup. The documentary revealed why the German team, despite being a powerhouse, performed poorly in two consecutive World Cups. The primary reason was internal strife within the team. The players were divided into factions, and some even openly criticized their teammates, believing that their abilities were subpar. I can't explain it in great detail here, but the point is that internal conflicts led to Germany's dismal performance. Those interested can watch the documentary about the German national team.

Now, with Manchester United, there have been reports that four players got into a fight in the dressing room after the embarrassing defeat to Brighton. The dressing room at Manchester United is showing signs of instability. When you think back to Jadon Sancho's recent social media outburst against Ten Hag, it's hard to imagine the pressure that Ten Hag might be under in the coming days. To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed with how Ten Hag has been handling the dressing room lately. He's been getting rid of players one after another, all in an effort to establish his authority. He even stripped Harry Maguire of the captaincy, and considering Maguire's status in the England national team, this move could potentially upset other English players.

At this point, I'm not sure how Manchester United can get out of this predicament. Ten Hag has a reputation for being tough on discipline, but his approach might be causing more harm than good. He's been favoring his former Ajax players, even when their performances have been subpar. How can other non-English players in the team respect him if they feel unfairly treated? This is one of the reasons why the dressing room is in turmoil.

Fortunately, the Manchester United management is still firmly backing Ten Hag. Perhaps they've realized that constantly changing managers is not the solution. However, this doesn't mean that Ten Hag won't face pressure in the future. As long as the dressing room issues are not resolved, Manchester United's performance is unlikely to improve. Let's hope that Ten Hag can truly address these dressing room problems because I really don't want to see Manchester United go through another cycle of rebuilding.

Reviving Manchester United is indeed a challenging task; the team's unity seems to have dissipated.

They have always been like this, haven't they?
