In my choice, it would be Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka are a spirited squad today. Even if they might have lost the bout against India the previous day, they fought with full spirit. This resilience makes them one of the favorites to be in the finals versus India

I feel Pakistan would qualify.
Pakistan is limping the effects of Naseem Shah (who might miss out) and is one bowler short. Although this might work against their plans, but a determined Pakistan side with Shaheen Afridi and Babar Azam would be effective vs. Lankans. Hence, Pakistan has a better chance.
