Although it's the off-season now, every team remains active. But there are exceptions. Despite over two weeks since the end of the season, Manchester United's future under coach Ten Hag remains uncertain. The new club owner believes in patience, preferring to wait it out.

Despite winning the FA Cup against Manchester City, injuries and poor league performances have left Ten Hag's position precarious. The new owner, Ratcliffe, seems inclined to replace him but has delayed the decision from the end of the season until now.

Rumors suggest Ratcliffe favors current coach Tuchel, currently resting at home. Other potential candidates include Southgate. However, regardless of the outcome, Ten Hag hopes for a swift resolution to aid in player transfers and planning. Even fans are eager for a decision, but Manchester United seems content to wait until after the Euros.

According to Romano, negotiations with Tuchel have concluded. However, Rangnick's team prefers England coach Gareth Southgate, currently focused on the Euros. Until the tournament ends, Southgate won't consider other offers. His contract extends to the end of the year, meaning United must negotiate compensation with the FA to hire him.

A top team changing its manager is indeed the most significant personnel change. Such transitions naturally can't be rushed and require careful consideration. The uncertainty over the manager affects transfer plans, but priorities must be set, and there must be a proper rhythm. Rushing the decision to change the manager isn't advisable. This principle applies not just to football but also to other areas like gambling, needless to say.

The one who is meant to leave will eventually depart. Perhaps it will be after the European Championship, or maybe they haven't found a suitable replacement yet, so they're keeping him for now.

After Ten Hag led Manchester United to victory over Manchester City in the FA Cup final, I believe he has secured his position for another season. Although United's league performance this season was quite poor, winning the FA Cup is still a significant achievement. In England, aside from the Premier League title, the FA Cup is the most valuable. Therefore, this season hasn't been a complete failure for United.

Moreover, United has been plagued by injuries this season. Several players are expected to leave in the summer, and if they can bring in the players the coach needs, United will be in a better shape next season. Letting Ten Hag go now would be more detrimental to United. They would need to pay him a termination fee, and some of the players he brought in, like Antony, might not be utilized by another coach. United's failure to qualify for the Champions League has already reduced their revenue significantly, so they should be cautious with their spending this summer. Keeping Ten Hag is the best option.

Rumors about Tuchel taking over have already been dismissed, and Southgate's contract with England hasn't expired. Unless England fails to advance from the group stage in the European Championship, the FA is unlikely to change coaches before the end of the year. Delaying the decision about Ten Hag is also harmful to him and his team, as they may feel disrespected by the uncertainty.

Therefore, if United wants to achieve good results next season, they must first confirm Ten Hag's future, allowing him to prepare adequately for the upcoming season.

I saw a news report saying that Ten Hag will stay on, but the duration is still being discussed. It seems like they are just buying time.

Is Manchester United all about hyping up Ten Hag and internal conflicts? Can't they win a Premier League title? They act like busybodies every day.....

"I'm not trying to criticize Manchester United, but why are they still selecting managers? So many managers have failed at Manchester United since Sir Alex Ferguson left. Each manager that came in had a worse reputation and lower skill level than the last.

Originally, Moyes was doing fine, but they only gave him a year. Don't they know that a year is nothing for a manager? Just when he started to get the players to gel, they let him go. The results weren't as important as team unity. Look at Liverpool—they were once threatened by Manchester United, but now they've surpassed them, and United has fallen hard. I can't help but feel sorry for Moyes. He was brought in because Sir Alex Ferguson appointed him. They didn't give him time, nor did they give him any support in transfers. Don't they know you can't make bricks without straw? Then, without even asking why, they kicked him out.

Later, they brought in Mourinho, thinking they'd finally gotten a championship-winning coach. They gave him time, but building a decade-long empire requires more than just time. Because they couldn't see immediate benefits, they fired Mourinho too. It was a terrible decision. They finally brought Ronaldo back home, only to have him disgusted by Ten Hag. I don't even know why Manchester United is still being reported on. It's been over ten years, and they haven't won any significant trophies. It was only Mourinho who won two trophies during his time. After all these years, they are still living off past glories. They lack star players and a competent manager."
