Bayern's season turned out to be a disaster, even worse than imagined. Initially, finishing second in the Bundesliga seemed like the lowest point for Bayern in over a decade. However, in the final Bundesliga match, Bayern unexpectedly suffered a humiliating defeat at home against Hoffenheim, ending up in third place in the league. It was undeniably a disgraceful season for Bayern.

In the Bundesliga finale, Bayern hosted Hoffenheim at home, expecting to salvage some pride despite the disappointing season. However, the result was surprising as Bayern suffered a crushing defeat, conceding four goals at home and dropping to third place in the league, missing out on qualification for next season's German Super Cup.

No one anticipated that Bayern would fail to even secure second place in the league this season. After the match, coach Tuchel's explanation for the loss was cryptic: "I can explain why we lost, but I cannot explain it publicly."Tuchel's choice of words suggests significant internal issues within Bayern.Tuchel has already confirmed his departure from Bayern at the end of the season, and there is still no decision on the new coach. Many coaches are hesitant to join the chaotic Bayern.

Additionally, it's regrettable that despite the impressive performances of new signing and star striker Harry Kane, who has been arguably the best forward in the top five leagues this season, the curse of no silverware continues to haunt him. With only a third-place finish in the league and no major trophies this season, Kane, before the start of the next season, has already lost another chance at winning a Super Cup title. He might be one of the most tragic figures of this generation. I admire Kane as a player and hope that he can break the curse next season and win his first championship of his career.

In this game, I have the most say because I bet on Bayern to win, but it turned out to be a bolt from the blue. Hoffenheim had a relatively unknown player who ended up scoring a hat-trick, leaving me itching with frustration. Initially, Bayern had a two-goal lead, but then, for some reason, the defense made consecutive errors, including Neuer. Speaking of which, it's time for Bayern to change their goalkeeper, not because Neuer is old, but because his awareness and physicality are no longer up to par. Bayern's squad overall is aging, particularly in midfield and defense, which proved to be fatal in this match. It's been over a decade since Bayern fell to third place. I never expected this season to not only be a disappointment but also to deliver such a blow. I trusted Bayern again at such a critical moment, only to suffer a huge upset. The most unfortunate is Kane. He transferred from Spurs to Bayern hoping to win a championship, but ended up empty-handed. Despite performing well this season and winning the Bundesliga Golden Boot while breaking records, Bayern's defensive issues led to a trophyless season. The main responsibility lies with coach Tuchel, the playing style was too soft, and the iron-blooded spirit left by the Heynckes era seems to have vanished. However, this can't be solely blamed on him, considering the Pep Guardiola era in between. Hopefully, next season can see the return of the iron-blooded Bayern, dominating both domestically and in Europe.

Losing the game is just an opportunity to reflect on why it happened. Maybe it was just an off day. Things will get better from here!

Once the team spirit wanes, it's hard to lead the team, and this saying perfectly describes Bayern Munich. Many thought that with Kane joining this season, Bayern would dominate, but unexpectedly, Bayer Leverkusen emerged as the undefeated force in the Bundesliga. The perennial Bundesliga champions were also dethroned. However, apart from Kane, this championship means little to the current batch of Bayern players. They probably don't care. So, when Leverkusen led by 6 or 7 points, Bayern's performance in the league crumbled. The result of the final match didn't matter anymore since there was no chance of winning the championship. Initially, Bayern had the Champions League to fight for, as they had won the Bundesliga many times, but they hadn't won the Champions League much, which is a prestigious trophy. Unfortunately, they encountered the mystical Real Madrid and were eliminated just 10 minutes away from the Champions League final. For the Bayern players, the moment they were eliminated by Real Madrid marked the end of the season. With no chance of winning another championship, their hearts were no longer with the team. Those capable of making it to the national team were thinking about how to perform in the European Championship in the summer, while those who weren't considering a national team call-up were probably already thinking about their summer vacations. This season was a failure for Bayern, so they might as well start over. Perhaps in the summer, there will be a major overhaul at Bayern. Some troublemakers and veteran players who aren't contributing might need to go, or else there might not be a coach willing to take over in the summer. Let's hope that Bayern next season will still be the invincible team and that they will bring Harry Kane his first championship.

Bayern has been incredibly underwhelming this season, and Leverkusen has stolen all the spotlight. Even the strongest teams can't afford to be careless. Hopefully, they'll perform better next season!
