We often see news about people getting rich through gambling, while others lose everything. The former attracts people to gamble, while the latter makes them hesitate. However, the reality is that apart from these two groups, the majority are ordinary players. They may not win big, but they also don't lose too much.

Firstly, it must be acknowledged that the gambling world is indeed diverse, with many people boldly stepping forward. They play and enjoy themselves, and they also earn a lot of money. You may have heard of those big shots throwing chips in the casino, effortlessly becoming millionaires. They treat the gambling table as their stage, turning each card into a test of destiny, just like protagonists in movies.

But don't forget, this is just the tip of the iceberg. The real gambling world isn't always glamorous. As other news reports suggest, some people are like falling into an abyss when they gamble, sinking deeper and deeper. They may have started just for fun, testing their luck, but soon they are engulfed by the whirlpool of gambling. Tickets filled with hope become shackles in their lives, ultimately dragging them into endless suffering.

However, these people, whether successful or not, are just a minority. Most gambling players are just ordinary people, no different from you and me. They may occasionally buy a lottery ticket or play cards with friends, but they don't make gambling their whole life. For them, gambling is only a small part of life, not everything.

So, why do some people succeed while others fail? Well, it depends on individual attitudes and self-control. Successful people may be lucky, or they may know how to control themselves and not be influenced by gambling. On the other hand, those who fail may be addicted to gambling, losing their rationality and unable to extricate themselves.

In general, for most people, gambling is just a form of entertainment, like watching movies or shopping. As for what we often see in the news, we can just take it as stories. I don't expect to get rich from gambling, but I also don't want to lose everything because of it.

The likelihood of ending up losing everything in the end is the highest probability.

The number of people who lose control while playing is quite significant.
