The Golden State Warriors (NBA) faced the San Antonio Spurs at home yesterday (10). Although they lost to the Spurs, the broadcast unit captured a fan who bears a striking resemblance to Warriors head coach Steve Kerr before the game, sparking discussions among fans afterward. Many fans even commented, "This fan looks more like Steve Kerr than Kerr himself!" and "How come the head coach is sitting courtside coaching?"
A video of the "lookalike" Steve Kerr quickly gained attention on social media, with many fans commenting, "The head coach is coaching from the sidelines," "It's too uncanny," "The fan looks more like Steve Kerr than Kerr himself," and "Steve Kerr is coaching from the stands tonight."
The media promptly identified this Kerr lookalike fan as Steve Gillis, an English teacher at Gorham High School in Golden State, who also coaches the local women's club volleyball team.
It's worth noting that this season, under Steve Kerr's coaching, the Warriors currently have a record of 33 wins and 29 losses, ranking 10th in the Western Conference with a winning percentage of 0.524.
The Warriors will continue to challenge the Spurs tomorrow (11). Taiwan Sports Lottery predicts that the Warriors will successfully avenge their loss, offering a handicap of 5.5 points for the Warriors. The odds for the handicap are only 1.36, much lower than the Spurs' 2.40. According to statistics from "King Sports Events inplayZ," as many as 86% of bettors are confident that the Warriors will win. |
